We have been talking about a BBQ tour for some time. When the kids are in College we are hitting the road looking, well not just looking but eating ribs we can find. I want to use an RV to travel in so we don't need to stay in a hotel every night. We can work out the minor details later. The main thing we need to figure out is what restaurants we are going to. We hope to head south from Franklin and see what we can find. I don't want the chain restaurants like Famous Dave's or Tony Roma's, they are OK. We want the special hole in the wall places that make great ribs. I will do my best to find these places from TV and the internet but I can use everyones help to locate them.
