I have not mapped out our exact route for the BBQ tour yet but I do know that there are many great spots in Memphis.
The first is Charles Vergo's Rendezvous Ribs. It has Dry rub ribs and sounds great. It is an a back alley but worth the trip. I can't wait. The web site is http://www.hogsfly.com/
The next place will be Corky's Bar-B-Q. It has several locations so it is not a unique as some other rib joints but I think it will be worth a look. The ribs a slow cooked with hickory and the sauce seems to be special. http://www.corkysribsandbbq.com/menu.php
Just the start of our adventure.
